zotlabs 92f5a2b6a6 issue #409 - use item_notshown for file activities to prevent display but allow transmitting to other sites. We currently allow file acitivies with item_hidden to be transmitted as a special case but eventually we want to remove the special case and disallow items with item_hidden from being propagated.
