- Comanche: implement conditionals. Currently the only supported tests are true/false for system config settings
and supports the following forms:

[if $config.system.foo]
[widget=widget1][/widget]
[else]
[widget=widget2][/widget]
[/if]

[if $config.system.foo]
[widget=widget1][/widget]
[/if]
