provide separate logging (if configured) for btlogger which is used to catch really subtle issues which don't always leave an audit trail. Similar to dbfail.out, the file btlogger.out (if it exists and is write-able) will only log these unusual situations with backtraces so we can find the culprits.

use lock colour to indicate that permissions have been set by the software to something you might not expect rather than an exclamation mark. This may not be the best colour in this page context, but it serves the intended purpose. Perhaps orange might be less intrusive and still convey the desired information.
