regression: need float clear on manage page so footer doesn't end up floated,
...
add default value to features so that features can be created that are default enabled, or modified later to default enabled without requiring a system config to accomplish this.

Reworked the options on the profile edit page. In one words: buttons. Hope you liked it. Revert or fix if not. Also reworked the channels manage page a bit, because channel names where not readable with larger fonts. Not perfect yet, but now readable and I think better aligned. Also revert/fix if not good.

trying to center the selected channel on the manage page. Dreamhost really botched up my dev site so it's taking 5 minute per page load - and I don't have any more time to waste tweaking one line of CSS, grabbing a cup of coffee, and drinking it, before seeing the CSS changes. It still needs more tweaking but I might have to do that on the production site - which loads promptly.
