Added some vertical offset to headings so that the table of contents links do not hide the heading under the navbar. Added the About this Hub content

Major changes to accordion nav menu. Table of contents auto-generated below the loaded page. Removed manual TOCs from individual pages. TOC uses jQuery plugin Sticky to remain visible when it would scroll out of view.

Restructured main table of contents to link to fewer pages with more content. The admin, dev, and member guides are single pages each having a table of contents at the top that is represented in condensed form in the main navigation sidebar. Section links are used to navigate between content sections for simplicity and fewer page loads.
